Join us at our truly unique lodge in a breathtaking location, perched on a mountain side above the banks of the Azzaden River Valley in the High Atlas Mountains. Kasbah Africa offers a rustic, laid-back Berber experience amidst extensive landscaped terraced gardens with abundant fruit and olive trees. This is the perfect spot to unwind, relax, let things settle and enjoy your practice. 

A TYPICAL DAY ON A KASBAH AFRICA YOGA RETREAT

  • Each morning typically starts with some breathing and a short sit before we move into an invigorating, creatively sequenced vinyasa flow practice taught with music and including modifications for all levels.

  • The late afternoon sessions will be slow, nurturing and calming gentle flow and restorative sessions, closing with a longer seated meditation.

  • Sessions may include reflections on philosophy, psychology and neuroscience to deepen understanding and inspire discussion.

  • Mats, blocks and other props are provided.

TYPICAL MEALS ON A HIGH ATLAS YOGA RETREAT

  • All meals are vegetarian, with plenty of choice using fresh local produce.

  • There’s breakfast (lots of fruit) for those who need a bite to eat before practice, a yummy (and substantial) brunch, an afternoon snack and dinner every day.
